But HIS builders have a crazy amount of expertise between alll the family members. I probably would’ve panicked at multiple issues that popped up with our old house, but Nathan can manage anything. I honestly don’t know how he juggled all the surprise issues, and subcontractors, and still answered my texts. Probably most importantly, they’re absolutely trustworthy, and the communication was good. There’s a lot of trust involved when you’re paying for a big project, and you’re outside your area of expertise. But now we have the most gorgeous master bed and bathroom. I can only give the highest recommendation.”
